If you want to improve your cardiovascular fitness, start doing an aerobic exercise you enjoy such as walking, jogging, cycling, swimming, or aerobics. Try to do this activity at least 10 to 15 minutes, 3 times a week. Gradually work your way up to 30 minutes a day, 3 to 5 times a week by adding 1 or 2 minutes to your session every few weeks. It is with heavy hearts that we write this letter, but the shutdown in response to COVID-19 has had greater impact on our small business than we anticipated and unfortunately, VITAL Fitness Studio will not re-open after the ban is lifted.

In this time, we don’t want to dwell on the negative. We’d rather celebrate all of the positive energy that has been created at VITAL. We couldn’t be prouder of the vibrant community that grew within our walls over the last three and a half years. We’ve had the most incredible time leading, learning, and growing with you all.
