Dear Cardholders and Guests,

During these unprecedented times, our top priority is you. While it is our focus to keep you active and healthy, it is also imperative that we stay vigilant and work towards all possible preventive measures to minimise the spread of the COVID-19 virus.

Following the recent spike in COVID-19 cases, the Chief Executive is enforcing stricter social distancing measures with effect from 29 March 2020 to curb local transmissions. To safeguard the health of our cardholders and staff amidst the evolving situation, we will be closing all our Fitness First clubs beginning 28 March 2020 at 3pm.  At this stage, we plan to resume operations on 12 April 2020.

This temporary closure is subject to review based on the health advisories issued by the Hong Kong goverment, we will keep you closely updated through our official social media pages and communications channels.

To ensure your best interests are protected, we will implement the following with regard to your service plan and personal training packages during this closure period:

Your service plan will automatically be frozen from 29 March 2020 till 11 April 2020

Your freeze fee will be waived during this time and any paid dues for the period 29 March 2020 to 11 April 2020 will be adjusted as a credit towards your dues for May.

Freezing for April and/or beyond
If you wish to freeze your service plan for a longer period of time, the standard freeze fee will apply. Should there be an extension on the closure period, we will review this and make the necessary adjustments to best support our cardholders during this time.

Personal Training package expiration dates will automatically be extended for the duration of the club closures.

We are saddened that we are unable to welcome you to our clubs during this time, and that your PT package may be expiring soon. As such, we are happy to automatically extend the expiry date of your Personal Training package for the duration of the club closures.

We strongly recommend that you remain active at home and incorporate at least 30 minutes of exercise every day in order to keep your immunity up. To this end, we will be launching a new series of virtual group fitness classes from Fitness First Hong Kong, and will continue to share online workouts and content from our other sister brands around the region for our cardholders to enjoy in the comfort of their homes. These classes can be accessed via our social media pages.

We’ll miss you, our cardholders, during this time, but given the circumstances we are fully supportive of the Government’s efforts to curb the spread of the COVID-19 outbreak. Please be rest assured that we’ll be here to welcome you back very soon.
